Day 1: Airport Pick up – Transfer to Nairobi City Hotel

Upon arrival in Nairobi (flight details to be provided), you will be welcomed and picked up by our representative at the airport and transferred to your Nairobi hotel for overnight stay.

 Day 2: Nairobi – Samburu Game Reserve
After an early breakfast at   your Nairobi hotel, depart to Samburu driving to the North with a brief stopover at the Thomson’s falls, then proceed on to Samburu Game Reserve. Arrive and check in at your accommodation in time for lunch. After leisurely lunch and relaxation for the sun to cool down,   go for a game drive. This semi-arid park is also one of Kenya’s most protected areas and home to species only found north of the equator ,the special five (Gravy’s zebra, Reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Gerenuk, Somali ostrich),in addition to lots of elephants and many other wildlife species . Diner and overnight stay at accommodation.

 Day 2: Samburu Game Reserve
Early morning breakfast then we start our day in this breathtaking wilderness by scanning the river from our tent’s veranda with a cup of steaming coffee in hand. At sunrise we set off in search for the elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs that thrive in the reserve’s grasslands and acacia woodlands. After a full day exploration in the bush you retire to your accommodation for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

 Day 3: Samburu Game Reserve – Aberdare National Park

This day we travel overland south from Samburu to The Aberdare Country Club, nestled on the slopes of Mweiga Hill. After lunch and refreshments at The Aberdare Country Club, set off for the Ark tree lodge, located in the forest on mountain slopes of the Aberdare Mountains . This outstanding lodge offers high altitude game viewing, including animals that are rarely encountered elsewhere: giant forest hog, bush pig, tree hyrax, large spotted genet, and the elusive bongo. Wildlife can be observed from different levels and from outside where you can see, hear and smell everything and inside where you can sit with a cup of tea and stay warm and cozy. You can put in a request to be awakened during the night if your favorite animals show up. A herd of Elephants might be just feet away and if you are lucky, a Leopard or large male Lion might put in an appearance.

Day 4: Aberdare National Park – Lake Baringo
After breakfast , we set off  for Lake Baringo, a fresh water Rift Valley lake, famous for its magnificent bird life. Lake Baringo is well known for two of its waters’ residents–Hippo and Crocodile. Hippos are seen in the lake on boat trips, and at Lakeside lodges and camps. They are seen also seen at night grazing the lawns.

Day 5: Lake Baringo – Lake Nakuru National Park
Depart Lake Baringo after breakfast and enjoy an en route scenic drive to the tranquil heaven; Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Great Rift Valley arriving in time for lunch. After lunch we proceed for a thrilling game drive in the afternoon. Wildlife in this Park is abundant, easy to see and avails a splendid bird watching opportunity. The Park is a home to incredible flocks of lesser and greater flamingos, which literally turn the lakeshores in to a magnificent pink stretch. The bird life here is world renown and over 400 birds’ species exist, Egrets, White Pelicans, Plovers and Marabou Stork. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the white rhino and rare Rothschild giraffe. After the days exciting activities, retreat to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara Game Reserve
After a delicious breakfast at your lodge, depart by road to the Masai Mara Game Reserve–jewel of Kenya’s Game Park, arriving in time for lunch. This enormous Reserve actually part of the vast Serengeti plains is famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migration and is a true home of the big five-Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Rhino and Cape Buffalo. After lunch, explore the Reserve on a late evening game drive while enjoying the majestic vistas before retiring to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 7:  Maasai Mara Game Reserve
This day you will have full day filled with exciting tour activities in Maasai Mara.  Begin your day with an early morning game drive or optional hot Air Balloon rides (available at an additional cost) .Visit a Maasai village to enjoy the friendly and authentic hospitality coupled with exciting   dances and tales of the culturally rich Maasai community. Return to your lodge / camp   for leisurely lunch then proceed for an afternoon game drive  with chances  of viewing plain  games like Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Impala, Zebra, Topi, both the Thomson’s and Grant’s Gazelles. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

 Day 8: Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast and check out, we depart Maasai Mara   with en route drive through the scenic pastoral countryside to Lake Navaisha. We arrive in time for lunch at our accommodation by the lake and take an optional boat ride. Alternatively, a nature walk at Crescent Island is an excellent way to see wild animals while on foot. The Island is a private game sanctuary, which is home to zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, Vervet monkeys, hares, genet cats, waterbuck and giraffe. Or you may wish to lounge by the pool admiring the view of zebras, Giraffes and waterbuck just outside the fence.

 Day 10: Lake Naivasha – Amboseli National Park
Depart by road to Amboseli National Park with en route lunch in Nairobi arriving Amboseli National Park in the afternoon. Upon arrival in Amboseli, enjoy a late afternoon game drive en route to your accommodation. Amboseli National Park shelters more than 420 species of birds and has enormous elephant population and other big game attracted to the area by underground springs fed from the melting snows of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 11: Amboseli National Park
Rising early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, we set off for another exciting game drive. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including the big five. Optional visit to a Masai village is planned after breakfast. Maasai warriors are famously known as the proud nomadic tribe whose singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Midday finds us at our lodge for lunch and afternoon rest, followed by another extensive game drive.

Day 12: Amboseli National Park – Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast, depart via the Sheitani lava flow for Tsavo West National Park to arrive in time for lunch at your accommodation Tsavo West National Park. The Park is a vast expansion of African savanna with a more diverse array of habitats which include open plains, semi desert scrub, woodland, Chyulu Hills and rock outcrops. It’s famous for the Red Elephants, Oryx, and Gerenuk among other mammal’s species and bird life. Other notable features include Mzima Springs, Shetani Lava Flow and Ash cones, which is an example of recent volcanic eruption. You may also be able to view hippo and crocodiles from the underwater glass tank.

Day 13: Tsavo West National Park
Two game drives are scheduled for this day. The extensive diverse habitats offer ideal area to search for pride of lions, buffaloes, cheetahs, giraffe, zebras, hippos and wildebeests. The Park is a vast expansion of African savanna with a more diverse array of habitats which include open plains, semi desert scrub, woodland, Chyulu Hills and rock outcrops. It’s famous for the Red Elephants, Oryx, and Gerenuk among other mammal’s species and bird life. Other notable features include Mzima Springs, Shetani Lava Flow and Ash cones, which is an example of recent volcanic eruption.  After a full day of exciting activities, retire to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 14: Tsavo West National Park – Tsavo East National Park

Morning game drives in Tsavo West then return for breakfast and depart by road to Tsavo East National Park. On arrival you shall enjoy en route game drive to   your accommodation; looking for animals like herds of Elephants, Giraffes, Buffalo, Lion, Cheetah, Zebra, Impala, and Monkey among many others as you head to the lodge. Check in  at  your accommodation for lunch and relaxation afterwhich you will proceed to and  afternoon game drive. Lookout for the Big 5, most notably the large elephant and buffalo herds. Tsavo is also home to some harder-to-spot animals, such as the Serval cats, lesser kudu and Kongoni antelope. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 15: Tsavo East National Park – Nairobi

Pre-breakfast game drive is in place to try and spot the animals that you haven’t seen during your stay in the park. Return for breakfast after the early morning game drive then depart for Nairobi arriving early in the evening where you will go for dinner at carnivore.
