This is a 7 day Uganda safari to Murchison Falls, Kibale Forest and Queen Elizabeth National Parks. Murchison Falls derives its name from the Murchison Falls where the mighty River Nile explodes through a narrow gorge and flows down to become a placid river whose banks are thronged with abundant wildlife. It is Uganda’s largest and oldest conservation area, hosting 76 species of mammals and 451 birds. Game  drives in the cool early morning before the sun rises too high allows you to see plenty of wildlife. Launch Trips on the River Nile is another key highlight of a visit to Murchison Falls National Park from Paraa to the foot of Murchison Falls. A visit to Kibale Forest National park is mainly for Chimpanzee trekking but also involves bird watching, nature walks through Kibale Forest or the Bigodi Swamp area, visiting to the local people, visiting one of the crater lakes or go for a swim. With lush tropical rainforest and fascinating diversity of animals, Kibale Forest National Park has one of the highest diversity and density of primates in Africa totaling 13 species including the largest number of the endangered chimpanzees in Uganda. The park also hosts over 325 species of birds and a number of impressive mammals, reptiles and amphibians as well as a colourful variety of butterflies.
