This is one of the most unique wilderness adventure holidays experiences in Kenya. This 7 days  Kenyan vacation is filled with unforgettable memories to amazing tourist destinations beginning with Samburu Game Reserve, which offers an evocative cocktail of uniquely contrasting habitats and abundant wildlife .Our next destination is Lake Nakuru National Park , dominated by a gentle rolling terrain with open bush and woodlands, typical of the dry rift valley vegetation and famous for the 1.5 million-strong population of Lesser Flamingo and a sanctuary for black and white rhinos among other wildlife. Heading further south is Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake and a renowned world class birding destination. The lake is home to a variety of wildlife with large hippo populations sleeping the day out in the shallow waters.  Our safari ends with Maasai Mara Game Reserve; the site of one of the most spectacular phenomenon of the natural world -the great annual wildebeest migration distinguished as one of the “New Seven Wonders of the World”, and a unique world heritage

Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu Game Reserve

This morning we travel by road to Kenya’s northern frontier. Wild and rugged, Samburu is fiercely beautiful with its arid savannahs watered by the lovely Uaso Nyiro River. It is also one of Kenya’s most protected areas and home to species only found north of the equator, from the reticulated giraffe to Grevy’s zebras and Beisa oryxes. We also enjoy Larsens Tented Camp or Samburu Intrepids Camp, our luxurious hostelry set beneath a canopy of acacia trees along the banks of the river.

Day 2: Samburu Game Reserve

Dawn breaks in golden bands as we start our day in the bush by scanning the river from our tent’s veranda with a cup of steaming coffee in hand. Before the dew is off the grass, we’re off in pursuit of the elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs that thrive in the reserve’s grasslands and acacia woodlands. And so the day is spent in alternating pursuits of exploration in the bush and relaxation in our cozy camp.

Day 3: Samburu Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park

Depart in the morning and drive to the floor of the Rift Valley – to Lake Nakuru National Park making a brief stop at Nyahururu Thomson Falls. Arrive at Lake Nakuru Lodge or Sarova Lion Hill in time for lunch. Afternoon, conduct agame drive. The Lake is famous for flamingos as well as over 400 other species of birds. In addition, many species of game can be found in the Park including the introduced Rothschild’s giraffe, black and White Rhino, Waterbuck, Reed buck, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, Baboon and many species of plains game.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park – Lake Naivasha

We drive through the scenic pastoral countryside to Lake Navaisha. We arrive in time for lunch at our accommodation by the lake and take an optional boat ride. Alternatively, a nature walk at Crescent Island is an excellent way to see wild animals while on foot. The Island is a private game sanctuary, which is home to zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, Vervet monkeys, hares, genet cats, waterbuck and giraffe. Or you may wish to lounge by the pool admiring the view of zebras, Giraffes and waterbuck just outside the fence.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Depart Lake Naivasha for Masai Mara Game Reserve – jewel of Kenya’s Game Park. This enormous Reserve actually part of the vast Serengeti plains is famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migration and is a true home of the big five-Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Rhino and Cape Buffalo. Upon arrival, lunch will follow. After lunch, explore the reserve on a late evening game drive. In the evening, relax around the camp/lodge fire before an excellent dinner.

Day 6: Maasai Mara Game Reserve

This day you will have full day filled with exciting tour activities in Maasai Mara.  Begin your day with an early morning game drive or optional hot Air Balloon rides (available at an additional cost) .Visit a Maasai village to enjoy the friendly and authentic hospitality coupled with exciting   dances and tales of the culturally rich Maasai community. Return to your lodge / camp   for leisurely lunch then proceed for an afternoon game drive  with chances  of viewing plain  games like Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Impala, Zebra, Topi, both the Thomson’s and Grant’s Gazelles. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi

Another early morning game drive in Mara, then depart after breakfast and drive back to Nairobi arriving early afternoon.
